This is Vibhuti Chaturvedi, i ordered 24 Red Roses for 14/02/2014 from this website "rosesngifts.com". First of all They told me to Pay Extra Amount for Valentine's Day Delivery. As the Delivery Area is Guduvanchery 603203 which falls in the Outskirts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu then again they told me to Pay Extra Charges. OKAY! As per their Norms i agreed on this also. I had this conversation on 12/02/2014 and that time they told me to Wait. Till Now am Waiting Only. AFTER PAYING 652 Rupees I dont Know the Present Situation Whether it will be delivered or Not. I called more then 100 times and Mailed trice still There is NO RESPONSE from them. This is Not the Way to deal with Customers. Either They Deliver the Flowers or I want My Single Penny Back.
