Hi All,
I had booked my HSRP number plate from ROSMERTA safety systems Limited and they have have sent a wrong number plate.
We have approached them and have raised a ticket with them and also given them all the details regarding the wrong number plate that has been printed.
They have not sent the corrected number plate despite reaching out to them via mails and calls. They keep giving the standard reply that we have escalated this issue and you can expect this issue to be resolved by this week. But there is no update from them despite following up with them multiple times.
They dont give the latest status of the number plate and give standard reply in the mails stating "sorry for the inconvenience"
ITs been more than 1 month since we are following up with them.
