Rosmerta Technologies Limited — Complaint regarding HSRP

I booked the number plate with sticker on 15 December 2020. The installation was scheduled for 22 December. They cancelled the schedule on 22nd stating that the RC was wrongly uploaded and the amount will be refunded in 6-8 working days. It's 6th January 2021 and I still have not received the refund. I have tried calling their customer care number but they have the same response. I have mailed them atleast 10 times but have not received a response from them.

Apart from this now I'm not able to apply for new number plate as their website shows that my vehicle's registration number is already registered in their website. If it's already registered then why are you guys not giving me the number plate. I have mailed the same thing and tried to seek this from your customer care executives but no one is able to answer that.

If the traffic police fines me for not having the number what am I supposed to say them? That you guys are not willing to provide the number plate.
