This is just to make you aware that I have booked my HSRP vehicle registration plate on 8th Jan 2021 and got the appointment date of 6th March, 2021. Still I haven't got my HSRP affixed even after 40 days of the appointment date. I have called more than 10 times to the customer support team of "ROSMERTA TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED" but they don't have any specific reason for this delay, they always said to wait for next week. I also wrote some mails regarding this issue (mail copy attached) but no resolution given by the team in last 40 days.
