I agree. I had booked home delivery for my hsrp to be delivered on 28.2.2021. Never delivered and now no further information. Kept on writing grievances. They decided to block me from writing on the ticket window because they closed it without settling my grievance and I reopened it. The people in their cell are so rude that she kept on using the word "any how" as if nothing matters to them.
