Rosmerta Technologies Limited — Non responsive

I had booked an appointment on 15th December for 27th December for 9 to 1 PM slot.

However, on 26th December I got a message that the appointment (on its own, without check or confirming with us) has been shifted to 2 to 6 PM slot.

As I had already scheduled some meeting during that time so we voluntarily after paying rescheduling fees of Rs. 295, I reschedule the appointment on 26th December for 30th January 9 to 1 PM.

On morning of 30th January 2021, again I got a message that the person will come at 5. After making several call to HSRP customer care and tolerating " we do not care" attitude of customer care executive. I was asked to wait.

After cancelling all the meeting which I had planned for second half today, I stayed at home. Till now there has been no communication when the person will come to fix the number plate and provide the sticker.

I again called customer care and just being asked to wait without having any clarity when the person will come.

This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL service I have ever encountered.

Clearly Rosemerta is only interested in collecting advance from consumer without valuing their time.

The dedication with which Rosemerta is collecting advance from consumers, it should atleast show half of that dedication to serve the consumer and value their time and money.
