Royal Furniture — paid advance amount three months before not yet received the product

Hello,

Placed an order for assam teak wood king size cot 3 mnts before paid 10k as advance on 23/7/17 delivery date was given as 3/8/17, still not received the product when i asked for status dealer was giving blame answers initially later on they are not at all responding properly, last week when i asked they showed me ply wood cot, when i asked they told can't provide in teak for the price quoted in bill only they provide ply wood cot. This is completely forgery.

I need help either to get my money back or need item what i have ordered.
