[Resolved] Royal Goan - Odyssey India — False Promises and not providing booking on hotels | |||
This is a complaint against Royal Resorts/ Odessey India for not providing booking even if the requset is made 7months prior. They made false promises when they were selling their membership and due to their worst service support we were least interested in bookings so our points were kept forwarding and we kept on paying the annual maintenance fees. But suddenly we were again inclined towards booking a holiday but we got poor customer service and we had a stock of points. We requested for a holiday in Shimla for occupancy of 4 as our membership allowed it. They promised for it if we pay the membership fees for this year ie.2014. As a result We paid and called the customer service and they gave a booking. But the booking was for only 2 persons. We got the booking after so many years and got it for just 2 persons. Thus to validate their fraud ship we asked them for booking of Goa for December or January with a flexibility but they refused it being made 7 moths prior. This is just a cheat in my opinion. situated at the Odyssey India offices in Margao is very happy to discuss this issue.
The member, named above, was called but we were then advised
by the member that it is actually his SON who posted the above complaint and Dr.
Raghvendra Singh Kanpur advised us that he was not sure what his son had
posted.
However, he has requested that we deal directly with his son
and for that reason today we made an attempt to contact by telephone. Having no
response from the son's phone however, we have emailed him and are certain that
we will be able to resolve this issue as soon as we are in contact.
98% of the time issues are a result of misunderstanding and
we can resolve them through direct communication. Thus we look forward to a
speedy resolution in this matter.
