Royal Oak — tv stand ordered on 22/07/2019, not delivered | |||||
I had ordered a jazz tv stand from royal oak bangalore, on 19/07/2019 online and had made payment through internet banking same day for rs.2990/- the website says within 72 hrs express delivery, had waited more than that. No reply i have got for the mail sent to customer care of royal oak. They didnt even tried to inform me about the delivery details. Still haven't got any reply to my mail sent on 25th july. I want the payment back to my account. Very worst service. I had made payment promptly seeing on the website about 72 hrs express delivery. The reference no is 5d316f3e9c2ee. Order no is roy0018360. If the delivery is not for 72 hours then why do they even mention in website and immediate payment? I want my amount back. Don't want that tv stand. Was this information helpful? | |||||
