Hi this is Anush kumar . Md of Anush Foundation, Chennai . I am very much dissatisfied and disappointed with royal sundaram insurance company. It has been more than 2 months my car Mercedes benz TN 09 CP 2000 is still in service center and I'm waiting for justice.I have already submitted the claim form (reason rodent bite) on the month of October end .Both Royal sundaram insurance surveyor and titanium benz technician has confirmed that there is rat bite clearly evident on the steering rack area!! The technician even sent me a photograph of rat bite immediately as soon as the vehicle reached workshop.But royal sundaram insurance company is denying to give approval however we have included rodent bite coverage in our insurance plan. Also they took almost 2 months to give me this denial Letter my vehicle Mercedes benz e class 200 is there in perungudi service center because of royal sundaram's irresponsible response.The customer care is also not responding me properly they are saying do want ever you want we can't give approval because there are more than 5 cars with same reason . They should be ashamed of their response that too after 2 months. They are even ok with me proceeding legally they say do what ever you want.paying more than a lakh for an insurance company and getting response from like this shows the low standard of this insurance company. Also they don't even give proper response mail.So i earnestly ask the concerned person to take action immediately and solve the issue as soon as possible.Please do the needful
