I submitted all the documents along with the claim form with in few days.
There has been an undue delay in settling the claim.
And the most annoying thing is the concerned people are not ready to give
The exact status of the claim, why it is getting delayed and how long will it take.
I registered a complaint with royal sundaram grievance redressal, for which they have forwarded the mail to the same people who are handling my claim.
