[Resolved] Royal Sundaram General Insurance — hoax in insurance claim | |||
I have a motor insurance with royal sundaram with a zero dip bumper to bumper cover. My car damaged in an accident in which it was damaged at three places and when i submitted for a claim the executives starting fighting and using foul language when i asked them to clarify on not accepting the claim. They are not ready to accept the claim and also asked me to give proofs of the accident, wondering i would rather not worry about my condition after the accident and first click pictures for them to prove the accident. I wish i could get my rights in this after paying for the insurance considering they would help me in case when needed as for what a person buys insurance. Was this information helpful? | |||
