I bought products from royal oK on 14th March 20w3. I hv visited the showroom atleast 10 times...all thy are giving is excuses...I feel very helpless...I hv pId 80plus thousand and so far I hv received a damaged recliner...my old sofa is lying outside my house to maje space for the recliner wch has so far not been replaced. This is the standard of royal oak...I am sick and tired of this filthy money grabbing company..
