The recliner i bought 5 months back is now broken and i have been trying to reach out to royal oak from 3 days and the call does connect to the customer care
1) i spent 70k on this product and it being broken with 5 months is a shame especially when we used this so occasionally
2) customer service is so useless
3) If this is not fixed as soon as possible I am going to sue the company and take it to customer court and post negative reviews on all social media platforms and will ask all my friends to do the same Was this information helpful? |
