Dear Team,
This is to inform you myself Vivek staying in RR Nagar, Have visited RoyalOak Store near RR Nagar Next to Metro Cash and Carry, Kengeri Hobli, Mysore Rd, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560060, Myself purchased 3 products from RoyalOak and surprise is all 3 products are defective.
Purchased on September 11th 2022
No.1 - Dining Table set received with 3 chair and 4th chair received is used one and different colour till today not replaced
No.2 - Coffee table received a damage piece and returned same day Worth : Rs.22000
No.3 Queen size cot purchased Worth Rs.35000, within 30 days Hydraulic is replaced 3 times and till today Hydraulic is not repaired with good ones and Mr.Poonaram from Service informed we cant repair it more and no one is responding till today.
As they are treating customers very cheaply and im not satisfied with any of the RoyalOak products i want to return both defective Coffee table and defective Queen Size Cot and refund my amount.
From past one month we are reaching out RoyalOak RR Nagar store no one is solving the problem instead they are forcing me to take another product which i'm not satisfied. As per consumer act if goods purchased defective and damaged within 30 days we have rights to ask for refund, But we are continuously following up store but till today they are just telling you can purchase other product but cant refund. I don't understand why are they forcing me to take other product which i don't like ?
From day 1 we are following up from store sales person to service manager till today no one is ready to solve my problem. We have contacted Mr, Tharanath Sales person he informed me to contact Mr.Mohan, Store Manager, Then Mr Mohan was not available in store informed to Contact Mr.Shyam, Then again Mr.Shyam said to contact Mohan after 2 days, Then store agreed to pick my product and refund my amount and then again on 01/11/2022 Mr Sham is telling we cant help from our side please contact Mr. Joseph Jarad, Sales Manager, Bangalore. Trying to contact Mr. Joseph called more than 20 times till now he is not responding to the call or not calling back return.
This shows the company is showing pure negligence towards customer once the product is sold and they are carelessly telling we can't do anything you should take another product.
Please im requesting you to help to solve this problem and refund my complete amount of Coffee table and Queen size Cot.
