I have received a sofa which is defective and low quality of wood. The sofa sitting wood has 16 bits of wood attached together which started to split.
I have reported this issue to the Thiruninravur branch manager Mr Danish
Initially he agreed to replace the defective part alone and send technician for fix. Later he refused for replacement and started asking money to fix the issue.
He did not properly answer my questions, rude, and asked money to fix the issue.
I've got a very irresponsible answer form Mr Danish. He mentioned to complain the issue to any branch in India as he will have the authority to look into this issue.
He mentioned to take any step and final answer would be paying money to fix the issue.
As it is a manufacturing defect i requested him for replacement and I spoke to technician to get details about the issue.
While I was talking the technician suddenly he grabbed the phone from him and told that technician left the place.
Kindly please look in to this issue and do the needful.
