Royaloak Furniture — Dining table chair

I did purchase Dining table, Sofa set and card with mattresses a month ago with Royaloak, Old Madaras road, Bangalore.

Today, one of the chair broken and attached the image for your reference. Tried calling customer service but it is getting disconnected saying all agents are busy. Sent an email to the customer service and yet no response. Requesting to assign an executive and sort this asap.
