Complaint marked as Resolved Though my closure of the complaint is very delayed, I would like to close this complaint. The complaint was resolved within 1 week of raising complaint in this forum. They had immediately sent a representative to my place to get my broken furniture fixed.
They could have actually taken the same step when I had called them directly.
RoyalOak Furniture customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
