Hi team,
I had purchased the 1 hydraulic bed from royaloak on june 26 2017. Its installation was done incorrectly. The piece of furniture is fixed wrongly and the fix is loose as well. All they had to do was send the same person and get it corrected. But they are denying to accept and even register the complaint. I have been trying to get it done from 2 weeks. But they dont respond. I want someone from the royaloak furniture to get that piece of furniture fitted properly.
