I have purchased a sofa set on[protected] in royaloak mysore road branch, order number is registered to mobile number ([protected]), they have delivered the product after 5 days i. E., on[protected], even though there is a delay i was ok with it. Later the salesman has promised me that the installation will be done on or before tuesday[protected]. When i tried to reach out to him that he started saying that he has no clue about installation and asked me to contact their customer care number ([protected]). I have called and spoken to their representative and they said that it has been assigned and by wednesday i will get a call from the installation guy. Later for reconfirmation i called twice to the customer care on wednesday (11/1/2017) and asked them that to give me correct information. They confirmed that at any cost they will do the installation on wednesday. But nobody had shown up and i tried reaching out to them. All of their customer care numbers are not working. Its been 12th day since i had purchased the product and i am not using it. When i enquired about cancellation, their representatives are saying that it is against their policies and that cant be done. Was this information helpful? |
