We bought the 6 seater Audi dining set a year and half back. Now one of table leg has come off due to screw loose or how it was installed and the table has become uneven and started showing gaps.
When we contacted the customer service, we were asked to upfront pay money and my question was can you please send someone and do a check on what all service is required rather than asking for money. Since I questioned them on the money till date I have been given a run around. Multiple calls and emails however it ends up with a frustration. I feel does RoyalOak really know what a bad customer service their people are giving to the customer and making them a ONE TIME CUSTOMER rather than giving us a good experience so we can keep coming back to purchase more product.
First I was asked to pay 700 upfront, later they said pay 300 for someone who will check the table and other charges will separate.
Really fed up and all I want is someone to come and check the table and get it fixed and tell me the cost so we are sorted. Was this information helpful? |
