Its very hard to believe that company standards have dipped down so badly.
I have ordered bed last week from royal oak kengeri branch & was promised delivery and installation will be over in 8 days (Weekend included).
Today's its 10th day apart from delivery nothing good has happened. Customer care number doesn't work and call drops every time.
I had to walk in yo store to raise complaint & manager promised by thursday (26th oct) installation will be done but was as careless as if i have taken product om loan. One of the emp "nitish < [protected] >"pitched in with some sympathetic lines which was not even genuine atleast he heard me and gave his number [protected] and asked me to call him for any issue and confirmed installation will be over by 26th oct.
Today (26th oct), i had called him he picked the call as he didn't had my number and confirm installation will happen today. When i enquired further my calls is not picked.
Its frustrating to see such huge company have such low standards promising and customer services.. Product might be good but i wish i could have opted pepperfry. Was this information helpful? |
