Dear concern,
I have purchased few products from you dining table, a revolving chair, teapoy. Which are in warranty period. But my revolving chair is broken which I am using for my office at home in work from home purpose. It is broken and I am facing too much problem daily as I used to seat on that chair for my official work. Kindly take my request and send the technician ASAP for repair.
I am sending pics and invoices of that chair kindly find the attachment with this mail.

Note : Kindly ask your person who will be visiting to our house for repair to contact on alternate which is [protected] and not on registered number.
The above was my first mail to royaloak and since then I have written many mails. Please help me to resolve this issue please.
Seriously this is the height of irritation. After requesting you politely many times no one is responding at all. I just gets mail saying we will solve your problem as soon as possible but not a single technician or support team or customer care has ever contacted us. This is the final time I am requesting you please orelse I have to raise this issue with higher authorities/nodal/consumer etc., I really don't understand we have paid you for the product which we purchase online or store, we are not getting free? Right? After that if some problems we face in warranty period we request you guys not once many times then too your attitude towards customer is so lenient and irresponsible behaviour. This is really disgusting I am sorry but I can't use more proper words as I am frustrated and irritated since long I am requesting to solve my problems in the warranty period products. Revolving chair is just broken we can't use it for 1 hour even? Why we purchased so costly chair for our comfort right and after paying you so much we are only harrased. Please solve ASAP final time sir/madam/ whoever concern person please... Waiting for your immediate action and reaponse...

I saw this panel in Google where it's written around 1600 complaints among that more the. 1000 are resolved please help me and reslove my issue ASAP please
