We have booked on unit of royaloak berlin entertainment tv unit on 24th oct 2017, through online store (Royaloakindia.com) order no. Roy00871.

I have been talking to customer care and the contact numbers provided by them, but not getting the clear delivery status. Also they have stopped answering my calls.

Please help me to get the product.
