Royaloak Furniture — Royaloakindia online purchase never deliver the product or giving money

I have purchased Vase from online royaloakindia website. My name is Subbarao Kancharla and order ID is[protected]. The product is never delivered or putting back 1499/- money. When ever i call customer care they ask for a day and never calls back or resolve the issue. When i approach the offline store they say it is cheating online website if you buy from us we would have help you. Can anyone please help me?
