Royaloak Furniture — Two Damaged Products Delivered On Same Day: Sofa and Bed

1) Johor Malaysian Fabric 2S Sofa
This one was not packed properly. I doubt if it was a fresh piece. Because all of my previously purchased items have always come in proper carton boxes, be it my 3 seater recliner sofa, study table, coffee table, bed, or other living room items. But this one came wrapped in a white plastic sack (check photo attached)! Moreover, when the installation person opened the item, it came out to be defective (check photo attached). And when I checked with the store manager, he said he will get it repaired in 2 days. Why should I take a defective product if I have paid the full price? Will someone buy a shirt with a torn pocket and get it repaired from the alteration counter while purchasing? Kindly get this item replaced with a proper undamaged boxed piece and properly packed in a carton box.

2) Mustang Queen Size Bed
I purchased this product because it was mentioned in the display that it is made up of solid wood. Same is mentioned in the online site as well (check screenshots attached). But when the package was unboxed, I saw that the base planks are made of engineered wood and the thickness also is very less which makes it very weak! Also, when the installation person was trying to install it, a chip came out from one of the wooden base planks(check photo attached). When I talked to the store manager Ravi, he said the he will get the part replaced and the base is always made of engineered wood like this. But I don’t want to keep this product which gets damaged in the first day of first installation itself. I don’t want to keep paying for services of a weak bed in future which is prone to easy damage installation. Please give me an exchange or return for this. Because there are stronger items available in the local market for half of the price I paid for this. Moreover, the product details said “solid wood” and it was no where mentioned that any part of it is made of engineered wood. This is totally misleading the customers. I have purchased so many products past 5 years before these two damaged items. And I have also ordered a 6 seater dining table Adana Turkish wooden model from Royaloak Yelahanka store last weekend worth Rs. 45000! But I am very much disappointed with Royaloak today because of these defective product deliveries for the sofa and bed on the same day! Also for your information, both products had different address stickers pasted on the packages.
