I applied for part time jobs in quikr. I received a call from rs it services, from a girl named sravya, telling me that my job is to fill 100 forms in 7 days and the salary will be 15000/-. I need not pay any registration fee, the admin charges will be deducted from the salary and for 1st job they will be paying me 11000/-. If i fail to submit work in time or my qc report fails, i should pay them 4000/-. I thought its ok and when i saw the demo work, it was completely misleading words, caps, numbers, smalls and double spaces. I said not interested and dont want to procedd. But this girl kept calling me continuosly for 3 days and convenced me that its easy for you, you can do al those.. Finally i accepted to do, they verified my otp and took it as digital signature and prepared an agreement on 10rs bond paper. After checking it, i got doubt and searched on this and found it's fake and many people are getting toubled and threathening calls from them. I want cancel it. I tried calling this sravya any times, but her number is switched off. One of a friend here suggested to mail for consumer complaints to get the issue resolved. I have proceeded with it, but still they demanded to pay atleast 2000 and close the agreement. I didnt respond to them as per the suggestion of consumer complaints team. Today i received a mail showing legal notice warning to pay 4000/-. What should i do now? Why should i pay them? If i am in a stage to pay amount why would i have gone through part time job and get a problem to face with these type of scammed company. I am getting tensed day by day because the address given to them is of my collegues in my office, because they said they need address proof of people in hyderabad but not in guntur where as mine belongs to guntur. Mobile number and email id are my details and my collegues address proof is with them. Now if anything goes wrong, i should face a big problem im my office. Please help me, please resolve my issue...
