[Resolved]  RSRTC — Refund of failed transaction

I have booked two express bus ticket from Jaipur to Goverdhan on 10 March, 2022 through rsrtconline.rajasthan.gov.in However, this transaction was failed at time of booking and one message popup that money of failed transaction will refund within 7 working days. I have called and mailed to RSRTC help desk for my refund but they never respond to my mail as well as my calls. Please find my transaction details. Date of transaction & (Approx. Time): 10 March 2022, 12 noon Amount Debited from Account: Rs - 395
