Rta Kondapur — about rc and number plate

We have purchased an activa in jan 2018. We payed everything in the showroom even for the rc and number plate. It's been 6 months that we didnt received rc and number plate when checked they say that there is another vehicle which is registered on the same name. My concern is why cant you people understand that 'n' number of people have the same name along with the surname. Then how come you ask us to pay tax when we dont have a vehicle earlier and why cant you check the biometric to know if the person has a vehicle earlier or not. And people who are sitting there has so much of attitude that they dont even respond to the concerns correctly instead they speak rude to us. Why are we supposed to pay this? Do we have so much of money to pay for whatever you ask. Its just a common sense that the multiple people has same name and also the person is from khammam. You don't your brains work before you ask us to pay. The government services really sucks and the work will not be completed unless we spend so much of our money and time. I want this to be sorted out we are not dumb enough to accept whatever you say. Make this as a severe complaint from my end.
