I have submitted my application for the vehicle transfer from Tamilnadu to Telangana after receiving my NOC at RTA Rangareddy via TS007/70448/2021/OR online application number and offline application number TS007/108701/2021/R on Sep 23, 2021.

I have been following up for last 2-3 months going personally at RTA Rangareddy office. Every time the officer says the smart card has not came. It will come in a week or so but it is not turning up. The online portal does not show any progress as well. It is now 8 months and still the application is not processed.

Please help on this as we don't know how long this process will go.

Updated by Vikas Khemka Attaching the online portal image of the application. The RTA office takes all the charges postal, and service charges including late fees but still the service provided is not at all up to mark.
