RTC — Complaint against driver

I paid rs.780 from vsp rtc complx to annavaram for four passengers. Driver told that at time of taking tixket it wil be reached 10 am to annavaram and staRted bus 7:18 mins stop the bus NAD junction at
7:35 to 8 am... When question him he told that very rash answar, and replied i cont dorp aT time 11 am, so get down Nad junction and my ticket was not cancelled ..bus detiles 0451. Cond no:701465, dri no: 37z0148, super laxury, , tna 115111
