Rto Gajuwaka — Rc renewal rejected

Dear sir/ madam,
I am jyothi kumar from Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh i have applied for vehicle RC renewal to RTO Gajuwaka, unfortunately when i am filling for the application i have uploaded some wrong doucuments, after realizing that i am immediately contacted RTO gajuwaka by raising a complaint regarting this issue on epragathi andhra pradesh wesite. I have visited rto gajuwaka also regarding this issue i have contacted AO he asked to complete vehicle inspection 1st so that application will come to me so i can help, as per his suggestion i have completed vehicle inspection on 8th july 2022, after that i have visited him again, he asked me to reupload the document again, i tried it but i didnot found any option to reupload, regarding this i have revisited him again, he said again the same thing, but what ever he said is not helping me. So i am trying ask help other officers regarding this non of them responded well with me, they simply blaming me for my mistake and responds very rudely. I agree i did a mistake because of that only visited them for help but i didnt got proper response, they blaming that i have wrong intension and upload wrong documents, if i really have wrong intension i would not contact them immediately after applying my application. Later that day again went to AO of rto gajuwaka and said my problem, then he asked to go to mee seva they will do the job if you cannot. And i went to meeseva also but they also cannot reupload the documents. Then i am came to know what ever the AO is saying he has no idea about it simply misleading me. So i contacted him through he also now responding rudely, that why did i uploaded wrong documents and cutted my call. Yes i did a mistake but, saying thats it is not their responsibilty how correct it is. If we talk reality none o[censored]s is perfect, they are talking this much isn't it their duty is to come to work on time or not, i want to ask this them a direct question i visited 3 to 4 times the AO arrived to the office at 11:15 am and still he is talking in the phone and respond, when any person visiting them making us to wait and he will half half talk with us and in phone. So he xannot understand what we want to say completely and make us go away, i think he bearly work, because of this it made to revisit rto gajuwaka more 2 times. If he put little afforts may he could have give right solution in my 1st visit. Now my application got rejected, after applying the application i found i have uploaded wrong documents from that moment onwards without any delay i am asking their but still my application got rejected.

What all i want to request is please respond to us properly and with no arrogance try to hear us completed then give appropriate solution, you guys are the offices here you should not mislead us to failing, and after failing because of your incapability to work dont push everything on to us and blame us. This is the only request please be humble to everyone and come on time to office, work with 100% dedication without talking simultaneously into phone and with usand last try to be ware of your work, that is your job to do right service to us.
I did mistake and also your mistake too, you could not help me to overcome this.
Because of your negligence towards work its cost me, 4 to 5 days of my time and also money.
