Hanky panky with the billing amount by the manager, Mr. Amitos.

I am a foreigner. The price for the operation they gave me before was not what I have to pay during the discharge.

Cautious: Do not come to Ruby Hospital, as they cheat the patients with extra bills. Investigations and the medicine prices are more for the indoor patients who are admitted. And the manager name Mr Amitose says it have to be higher for the indoor patients. How funny isn't it. I will definitely put a complain to...

Medical negligence of senior citizens leading to death

In consultation with oncologist Dr Swarnabindu Banerjee, we decided to conduct radiation therapy to control the spread of cancer in my father's brain. My father, 78 years old, was a lung cancer patient.

Dr Banerjee did tell us that father will be given steroids to suppress inflammation that happens after radiotherapy to the brain and that might flare up existing infections in the body. Therefore he will be closely monitored...

Medical negligence

My mother Maitrayee Mallik was admitted to Ruby hospital at the reference of Dr. Chanchal Goswami for removal of tumor from her Ovary however during the operation the Surgeon made a hole in her bladder due to which she had to under another complicated operation involving removal of her bladder and making provision for stoma bag. Covid 19 Protocol not being followed

After lapse of 3 months I visited to borough no. 12 for taking birth certificate but the replied that hospital not provided data yet....

Complaining about food

Dear sir, this is to inform you that patient name jagannath ghosh, bed no (Pd - 3), he is not getting appropriate quality based food which is prescribed by dietician and dr. Swarnabindu bannerjee (Oncologist).

Still now my father (Jagannath ghosh) is saying, he is still now getting food as it is, no change and he denied the food. Still now he is having empty stomach.
So therefore, please do the needful....

Recently in a social media it has been noticed that she is showing her real attitude towards her co workers while the whole world is facing such a serious issue covid-19... And as a reputed hospital... Management is very much responsible to warn her for her mischievous behaviour....

I stays outside kolkata and returned to kolkata to discharge my wife, who was admitted in su-2054 since 12th feb'20 under the supervision of dr kaushik ghosh.

It's my earnest request to get the discharge certificate and all cashless formalities completed by today eod so that i can discharge my wife tomorrow morning at 10 am.

It may be noted that i will be leaving kolkata tomorrow by evening flight.

billing process take 6 hours

In reference to above subject, i had make a payment to IASGO2009 for conference in beijing, china on 31.07.2009. Earlier on 03.08.2009 i have received a message from your customer care that "Transaction of CNY52, 083.30 made on SBI credit card [protected] at WANGYINZAIXIAN beijing.
The Actual amount to be used on creditcard will be 5000 China Yuan + 4% bank charges only.
