Rudra Silk — Inferior Quality product

I, Mohini Apastamb had ordered paithani silk saree JK15 of Rs.1399.00 with order ID #4093 on 19th July-20.

We are in receipt of the product on 27th July-20 .

It was totally disappointing to receive such a inferior quality of product which was not even worth for rs. 200/-.

We had immediately tried to communicate with rudra silk over a call without success so dropped a mail for the same on 27th July-20. However, we have received only communication from Rudra silk that "our representative shall call you" but so far, even after repetitive follow ups no response from seller. (Mail enclosed).

We request you to kindly take strict actions against such seller and appreciate if you can arrange to refund the money .
