My account is blocked on jan 2nd.my account have 17050 rupees. Iam asking to fairplay team but they are send only one message irregularities terms of service we have suspended account.. My account was blocked and Suspended on 22-JAN-2023.I recently opened my rummycircle account was invited by my collogue in my office. I added money in my account and played for 1 week after that again I added money so I have 15465/- in my account when I started withdraw amount from the account its blocked.so please help me to unblock my account to play and withdraw. My account has blocked and my winning amount was locked can't withdraw it.I haven't do any violation in my game but rummy circle says it was violated but they are not ready to give me the proper explanation about the blockimg. If my account is not unblocked then what is the reason to hold my cash .. delete my account and transfer the balance to my bank account please....

I withdraw 2 times but always the money it showed returned 2 times the amount added but 3rd time it shows returned but didn't added anywhere...

They send a promotional message on daily basis on my personal mobile number. I have never visited their website. I don't know how they got my number. They send their messages from a different number each time so i can't even block them.

I had two IDs, one of mine and my wife's ID, both of them have been closed. And the money invested in it is not returned. They don't even respond to emails. Unblock my ID or deposit me my money in bank account.

I have rummy circle account i am logout game but now login my email address is validation failed and my phone number bhi validation failed Dose not exist araha hai plz help me hw do open my account...

All of a sudden, my account is blocked. I have more than 10k balance in account and 2 transactions which were debited from my account but not credited or refunded to my bank account.

There is no reason mentioned why account is blocked and support of Rummy circle is not responding apart from sending automated emails.
