I downloaded the rupee way app and entered pan, aadhar and bank details. Automatically ₹1200 was debited to my acc without informing the loan amount or tenure or interest rate. I even mailed the company during disbursal but they didn't stop it. They are giving loan of ₹2000 but credited ₹1200 for tenure 5 days and asking to repay ₹2014 Almost 40% interest. The ratings and reviews in play store are fake. I spoke to many people like me which faced this, raised complaint in cybercrime website India . spoke to 1930 helpline. They said not to pay these fraudsters as they will use to cheat another person and we have to stop it. They get adhaar images and morph and get our phone contacts, harass through WhatsApp messages and calls. Some even had 500 calls even after payment the hefty amount they torture that its not received and not showing in app. Beware of fraud apps, tell your friends and family of sexual or abusive images and content. These apps cannot affect your cibil and they cannot harm you directly. Always check if the app is verified from RBI they have announced list of good apps. Break this vicious cycle by notpaying them, they start scam during payment. If all people don't pay scam people won't have money to make these frauds and will shut down. Spread this message rupeeway to all your known people and safeguard them. Don't be afraid of harassment, raise your voice and talk about IPC codes, lawyer, police complaints and tell their calls are traced and speak harshly. Don't let them scare you and earn money.
