This is with the recent issues concerning the communication and treatment of students at Ryan Global School, Chembur. I am deeply concerned about the lack of clear and timely communication to parents about important dates such as test dates, annual day, and holidays. This lack of communication is causing significant inconvenience and distress to parents and students alike.
On 21/04/24, at 6:53 am, teachers sent a message notifying parents of the beginning of summer break. This message was sent when my child was already dressed and waiting for the bus at the bus stop. This last-minute communication is not only disruptive but also shows a lack of respect for parents' and students' time and schedules.
Furthermore, when concerns are raised about these issues, the school staff tends to dismiss the concerns and fails to listen to parents. There have also been reports of students being treated poorly.
