Ryan International School — complaint about bus conductor jagatpura jaipur branch route no 60

My daughter and son study in riyan international school Jagatpura jaipur and they use school transport route no 60.But many time the conductor is not in the bus . Yesterday and today driver came without conductor.I told him the same matter but I have not found satisfactory answer by the driver . Many times I complained the same matter in the school but problem as it is
