Hi my son is going in the Ryan international school, Noida extension since last one year. He usually going to the school by a private van. Today at dispersal time my son is waiting at the reception area for more than 1 hour and no one is knowing about this neither his class teacher . Our so worried continuously calling to the class teacher to the one driver but no one is answering, call another Mam and my call and then she started searching my son, after 15 minutes the van driver however find my son and call me and take him to the home. Just he arrived at home his section head Swati Goswami called me up and she started yelling at me, she is very rude and loud, sea foods all the blame to the Van vendor and we, so disappointing I just wanted your team to take a legal action against her this is not a right kind of behaviour to do with someone who is already crying and worried. Thank you
