I have purchased a washing machine 3 weeks back in the trade centre show conducted by ur company. As per scratch card information i was supposed to be delivered a gift item which was not available at the trade centre. I was waiting for a call from the maduravoyal branch but no one is replying properly and no one is even picking the calls. What a wonderful customer service???. Even i[censored] r not going to give the item is it the way to treat the customers? On top of it ur staff at maduravoyal (After a big luck i got him) is shouting without giving proper reply. Branch manager is not at picking the calls even after several calls. Can u provide better service so that ur customers become ur marketing ambassadors?
