This is to inform you that an order for the purchase of 4 books namely
1. S chand icse physics class-ix
2. S chand icse chemistry class-ix
3. S chand icse biology class-ix
4. S chand icse mathematics class-ix.
The full payment alongwith shipping charges had been paid and the expected delivery date was 5-7 bussiness days but even after passing of 12 days i have not received any material.
You are requested to look into the matter with urgency and inform to me at the earliest regarding latest status of the consignment.

As discussed over the phone with customer service team, we have inform that the book was dispatched on 1st July 2020 via DTDC courier, tracking number D91358996 and will be delivered .
