Unfortunately my helmet was lost same day at the place where i had visited, so that day i come without helmet at a nominal speed, and purchased helmet next day.
I am a responsible rider and a citizen. I checked the ITMS challan website but there is no record found of this notice no. 43820564 by U.P. traffic police.
Request you to kindly waive off the challan amount this time.
