on 23.07.2014 I purchased MTS Mblaze dongle at Rs.2700 with assured 10GB data for months(in steps of 2GB data pr month) today 25.08.2014 I am not able to connected to the Internet and contacted my dealer, I informed me I have no data left in my account all 10GB data is consumed, suggested me to top up for Rs.599 4Gb data plus 10 percent extra total 5GB data, I have got my top up, after connecting to my PC I came to know I have only consumed 586214.232bytes only means my remaining data is lost.
I have contacted MTS customer care executive in this connection she says it is system fault, I have purchased MTS Mblaze WiFi data card since my nature of work is roaming only, I want to use the Internet at many places. I insist the company to remind through SMS or email to top up at the earliest. because the company sends SMS and email to the customer at the very first entry and wishes for joining, but after joining it forgets the customer.
