i had ordered 1 Metal Structure Radio Control Helicopter Toy _ 046 on 13th June 2015 on ur site with discount coupon . The deal price was Rs668/- & after dicount it was for Rs 468/- . But i received the delivery after 13 days when ur website it is mentioned delivery will be recieved within 24- 48hrs . And thats not all when we recieved the delivery yesterday afternoon, we told the delivery boy of red express that we will first check the item & then we will pay, but he said that u how to pay first and then he told that it is not their lookout whether the item is proper or defective . U have to call Askmebazaar.com customercare or write to them if the piece is defective. They told either pay or give back the item to them. So we payed them. And thats not all he told my father who was there at the time of delivery to pay Rs668/- that is gross amt & not the net amt Rs468/-. So that delivery boy Sheikh Noor Mohamad of Red Express contact no - [protected] .also cheated with us .This is very dispointing from ur side. And now the Helicopter we ordered in that Joystick is broken when we opened the packet . So this is u cheat ur customers, so now u please replace the item as soon as possible. And if we will not get the replacement we will complain in consumer cell .So please look into this matter as most urgent. Hope u reply as soon and replace the item as soon as possible.And please check with ur courier co Red Express how they cheat ur customers.My order no is AB3559941 & Seller was Gauba Traders, New Delhi .
