sadarbazaar.co — online purchase item not supplied and no refund

I Mahipal Singh, received a call from Priya speaking from sadarbazaar.co on 19 March. She Informed me about e- marketing and told me if i want to buy anything on line, can buy from there online shopping market sadarbazaar.co. I checked their web site and ordered Panasonic 2 ton split AC on 21st Mar 15 and paid amount INR 32400, by net banking. I asked them if they have cash on delivery (COD) option but they told that this item is not available on COD and I have to pay in advance. I received order confirmation and order no 471. Next day I made call to sadarbazaar.co and asked them about delivery, there employee told me that I will receive my item within one week, but in one week time I did not receive my item, So i contacted again and they informed me that my item was out of stock and it will be delivered by 5th Apr 15. On 7 April I again contacted Sadarbazaar.co but I dint receive any satisfied answer. Then I spoke to the person who was supposed to dispatch Mr. Deepak Sharma told me INR 10000is due against me, if I pay then only they will deliver to me next day only. I refused to pay any more amount. Now they are not picking up phone, and Mr. Deepak Sharma is also telling me he will refund back money, but there is no email and he is not in contact or telling me that he is out of office or he will call back when he reaches office, but he never contacts back. Sometime Deepak Sharma telling that you take Hitchi Ac by paying 10000 additional amount.
