Safeway Tpa — No response from SafewayTPA after submission of query reply.

Sir/Madam,
With request reference to the subject cited, I kindly inform you that I am an Employee in Bank of India and my PF No. 212735. I had incurred a certain medical expense of Rs 120, 119. (One lakh twenty thousand one hundred nineteen only) towards my medical treatment as I met with an accident on 1 Jan 2021 . I have sent my claim to SafewayTPA in March. My Claim No. is NI[protected]Rs) and NI[protected].1(8105Rs) Card No. NI[protected].
The claim was under process for some time then they raised various query which I replied to them with courier V61696443 in month of April. When I was regularly calling there employees to know the claim status one guy said to me that due to covid we are working from home kindly understand our condition and then an atm fraud happened to me of Rs 50000 I got busy in that process. After this when I checked there app my claim status which reported to insurance company. I called there helpline they gave me a number of there CRM Miss Khushboo who told me that reply to the query and she will reopen the file .To which I collected the various documents and sent it with the courier
V91469370 in July. After which there CRM who told me that she will reopen the file never came on call either she don't pick up the call or if call is picked then there would be another employee instead of her who tell that she is busy she will call you later but never get the call from her. I talked to other CRM Miss Anjelina who told me that my claim amount is huge she will mail to the insurance company but consider it as rejected. Hence, you are requested to kindly look into the matter, consider my claim and sanction my reimbursement claim without further delay and would be much grateful to you in this regard.

When I filled the complainant here the claim status on there app showed RE DOCTOR RECOMMENDATION and then it goes under Audit of bills as there claim status the pass amount was one lakh two thousand rupees and then again the file goes to RE DOCTOR RECOMMENDATION when I asked there helpline executive they told me that there doctors have forgotten to raise a query which is alcohol history of claimer and the pass amount on there app was reduced to eight three thousand .Kindly look into it sir as the claimer had mental injury and these things are making him mentally distressed
