I sent a consignment (3 boxes) by safe express waybill no. 49329226 from pune to ghaziabad on 10th march, 2017. I was assured safe and sound delivery of my boxes by 16th march, 2017.
However, i received the consignment on 18th march, 3:30 pm. My boxes were in a very damaged condition. One of my box was completely torn from a side. When i received the box it was patched by tape. Please find attached pictures for your easy reference. After opening the box, i realized that some of my items are actually missing. Missing items are worth inr[protected].
Immediately after receiving the package, i tried calling customer care to lodge a complaint. But, i was told that servers are not working and any complaint cant be registered.
I request the concerned department to look into the matter and provide me either my missing items or compensation against them. I m deeply disappointed with the service of safe express and hope that this matter will be resolved at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
