[Resolved] Safexpress — Delay in delivery of bike and complaint ignored. | |||
Dear Sir/ Madam, Greetings of the day. My waybill number is 38472831. I have booked my bike from Pune (Maharashtra) to Asansol (Westbengal) on 26/06/2014. I was promised that the consignment will be delivered in 8 working days. One month has passed and I have not heard anything about the consignment. I have made numerous calls to the toll free number and draft a mail also still there is no response from the company. Everytime I am getting informatioan that the consignment is in transist or untraceable. I request you to look into the matter and I also expecting a compensation from the company.
