Safexpress — Delay on delivering the material

Have booked a consignment from Chennai to Sivakasi (way bill #[protected]. When I had called the customer care they have informed it expected to reach on 19th FEB 2023 for which our customer is furious and unhappy. The customer requires the material urgently can any thing be done on priority for enabling the material to reach to its destination by Friday (17th Feb 2023). Pls consider this request.
