Here in reference to your waybill no ( protected) dated 01.08.23, there are 13 packages which I received totally broken and when I open the boxes each and every household expansive materials... induction, iron, wine glass, boxes broken in pieces. It's a huge loss

Therefore you are requested to pay my demurrage value with in 5 to 6 days
